Singer and lyricist of french cult band Taxi Girl, Daniel Darc is the dark poet and the fallen angel of the french pop, plagued by many rumours about supposed addictions and attitudes.
Neither Sous influence divine ( PIAS 1987 ) produced by french pop star Jacno or the intimist Nikinsky ( Bondage 1994 ) managed to get any success and it took him 10 years to finally release a new album Creve coeur ( Universal 2004 ), which, amazingly, let him get a ‘Victoire de la musique' for best newcomer !
