Excellent singer-songwriter touting jangle-pop tunes shimmering with toe-tappy-ness. Last couple of albums have come out through Sub Pop.
Previously compared to Brian Wilson and Nick Drake, Kelley's easy on the ear material is refreshingly frank and honest - pop to the core yet as underground as it comes.
