Colorpool

Colorpool were formed in November 2000, mainly as a covers band but with a few original songs thrown in. In December 2000 two of the original members, the Bass player and rhythm guitarist, quit the band the week before the first gig! John and Ritchie, the remaining members, set about song writing and recording.

With only 2 remaining members gigging proved difficult so the search was on for a new bass player and after a long, long search Liam was found in September 2001. The line-up now consisting of John on Guitar/Vox, Ritchie on Drums/Vox and Liam on Bass/Vox. It was decided that Colorpool would remain a three piece (to avoid any future complications with members not committed to the cause) and would concentrate solely on original material.
