Often placed in the "punk-funk" pigeonhole with the likes of the Rapture, because of a penchance for dance beats and an ear for a tune, Black Eyes have so much more to give, fans of Fugazi or Le Tigre will definitely love this band. Live they perform in a square bounded by two drummers and two bassists, and deliver an astoundingly good show.
