Beal - Vocals/Bass
Garrick - Drums
Jim - Guitar/Scream

And, according to their web site, they got together like this:

"Jim and Garrick met at college and jammed together. Biff was in Steel Keep etc with Garrick and at Steel Keep's last gig Biff and Jim jammed in the band room. We had more jams. And more jams. Jim came up with the name. We got a gig. We had no bass player. Beal was at college with Jim and Garrick and lent Biff and Garrick cool films, he also played guitar. Jim and Garrick jammed with Beal and decided it would be a good idea if he joined on a sort of trial period. After the first gig Beal joined permanently."
