The WhiteTRASH are a female fronted five piece, primarily influenced by Muse and Idlewild's harder material, Bad Religion, Bend's era Radiohead and ATD-I. We simply want to rock you till you bleed, in the vain hope that you'll buy us a pint afterwards......

The whiteTRASH formed in late 2001, when Sarah and Jooles got together with the utterly honourable dream of becoming rock and roll heroes. Lacking however was a drummer, and a guitarist trashy enough to join such a band. Then, in early 2002, Tom became the third member, qualifiying only because of his famous 'WhiteTRASH' hoodie. After a couple of cracking gigs supporting Antihero and The Dawn Parade, with Tom Bolton of Blue Gandhi guesting on drums, the mighty Edd Finley took up residence as The White Trash's drummer. Guitarist and long term drinking partner Nick Adams completed the line up in early May: now just Watch This Space...

The WhiteTRASH play the Newmarket battle of the bands on October 12th with El Spoonio, Freak Infliction and Akimbo. They are also in Heat 3 of BurySOUND with Percythrower, Ruperts Tartan Scarf and Nice Guy Dave. GO SEE THEM!
