Easy Bay punk legends The Dead Kennedys formed in the very early 80's, before splitting after a long, controversial and expensive court case on the back of their experimental Frankenchrist album. After 15 years away, the Kennedy's reformed after a messy court case last year, without their distinctive lead vocalist Jello Biafra - the source of much controversy (and you can find all the details about that at www.deadkennedys.com and www.alternativetentacles.com). Some say the new line up is as tasteless and tacky as the bands name. Time will tell.
