Formed in Watford early this century, SikTh are:
The weird-noisecore six piece, a favourite in Japan, spent a year writing and recording demos before self-releasing their debut EP Let The Transmitting Begin, and were quickly picked up by Gut Records.
One year and another EP later, SikTh released their self-produced debut The Trees Are Dead & Dried Out Wait For Something Wild in 2003, before embarking on a tour of Japan with such legends as Anthrax and Dillinger Escape Plan.
Come 2006, SikTh launched their second album Death Of A Dead Day in June on Bieler Bros Records, released in Japan and the US on the 6th of the 6th 06. Good, eh?
