The Ark are :
A swedish glam rock band formed in 1991 by Ola Salo, Mikael Jepson, and Lasse "Leari" Ljungberg when they were at school, the Ark has released 4 albums We Are The Ark ( 2000 ), In Lust We Trust ( 2002 ), State of The Ark ( 2004 ) and Prayer for the Weekend ( 2007 ).
Despite being big in Sweden and getting big support slots with bands like the Darkness and the Cardigans, the Ark have failed so far to break in Europe and in the US.
Their song 'The Worrying Kind' was Sweden's Eurovision 2007 entry, but despite being a bookmaker favorite, they finished in 18th place (out of 24).
