Bob Dylan is to headline the 14th annual Fleadh Festival, to be held on June 20th at London's Finsbury Park.
The Fleadh is London's longest-running festival, and features a variety of roots and folk music across two stages, along with contributions from established singer-songwriters and rock acts. Also playing, for the first time, are Counting Crows (their only UK festival appearance of 2004).
More acts are to be announced, including the full bill of the smaller Borderline stage. Tickets are £38.50, and can be purchased from a 24-hour hotline on 08701 500 044, or at face-value from Mean Fiddler box offices at The Astoria, The Jazz Cafe and The Garage. Tickets are also available online:

i think DiS forgot to mention the most interesting Bobby Dylan news of today - he is to front TV adverts as well as use Love Sick (from 97s Time Out of Mind) for Victoria's Secret (1st time ever in an advert, fact fans)!
Funniest news ive heard in ages, cant wait to see the ad! Gotta love him... -

It's been over here in Canada for a while. It is a shock to see him in it, like viewing the Queen consuming live voles. -

Hurrah for mumblin' Bob and the not-very-irish-at-all Irish music festival that happens outside my friends flat.
But much as he is lovely and 30 years ago I would certainly have let him, I do not NOW wish to think about him in 'That way' and 'Bob Dylan' & 'Victorias secret' in the same sentance makes for an wrongly sentance...
