The new album is very very good indeed, have been listening to it a lot since I downloaded it a few weeks back. I don't think it's quite as good as Asleep in the Back, which is one of my favourite albums ever, but it's an improvement on the last one. The title track is absolutely fantastic too. And Tim, yes that is Elbow doing that Destiny's Child cover.
