I'm going tomorrow

it's my first time.

Are you camping all weekend?

When's your last night there?

well i think it says on the website

that saturday and sunday camping are included.
so i'll stay for sunday night hopefully.

my first time too

i think you can get there from 4pm tomorrow.

can anyone tell me how far the campsite is from the car park?

pretty close

it's a long field so if you're at the back it might take a while, but in comparison to glastonbury or whatever it's absurdly close.

as to muddy, it's rained every year i've been but it's never got *that* muddy. i tent to wear walking boots rather than wellies.

tha campings already been covered...

only other piece of advice - decant all booze into plastic bottles or master the art of the smuggle.

I'm not going, but from past experience:

1. No
2. Yes
3. Probably

Re: 1.No

is taking into account what they say on the website about letting people in on the friday?
i hope they let me in :(

Maybe I'm being naive

but have you thought about checking the Truck website?
I last went two years ago, I got in on friday and could have stayed until monday. I was stewarding though and I don't think the plebs could turn up on friday.
There was one horrific downpour (like last weeks) but it didn't get muddy and the walkways were very quickly covered with straw.

website says

you can turn up on friday but only between 4pm and 10pm
