I met them when they were supporting Good Shoes

One of them was very amused because people kept mistaking him for Li'l Chris.

they opened

up at the Les Savy Fav/Los Campesinos!/Future Of The Left show in February! Proper youngsters

wow.

i'd seen these before too! god they're soooo young.

the fact that they've got studio quality recordings shows me that

their dad probably writes the songs and they're spoiled silly. The whole point about being 12 is you're in a crap band. next.

I reckon

they sound quite similar to Cajun Dance Party.

I've met them before strangely enough.

They had nothing to say really, quite uncomfortable really.

They may be 12, but their music is still shite.

do you go to under-14s football games and shout

"YOU'RE FUCKING SHIT, KIDS. WHERE'S THE CONTROL? THAT FINISH WAS FUCKING ABYSMAL."
no, you don't. you encourage them to be better.
why the fuck is music any different?

Because then it becomes an almost orgy like

love fest where everyone is too afraid to criticize until the band think they are amazing when in reality they are nothing special. You need a reality check otherwise you end up wasting your whole life perusing a dream that you will never actually achieve.

when they're twenty-two and still shit,

the line is drawn somewhat.
not entirely sure what your last point means; you obviously haven't read any of my reviews.
not that i'd advise you to - they were written by someone much younger than i.

we grow up! <- basic point

are they ACTUALLY twelve?

i think they're alright

yeh

i saw them open for bloc party in brighton and for good shoes in camden
they were pretty good, the guitarist is pretty good, theyre pretty cute
good shoes are so bad

Behave.

Good Shoes are better than Buzzcocks ever were.

i saw them supporting Bloc Party once

wasnt impressed until they played. not bad at all. nothing id ever be interested in buying or listening to regularly but i was expecting to hate it and was happily surprised.

Surprisingly good

despite the fact the singer's balls haven't dropped yet.

Christ...

...their awful.
Seems like it's one of those things where people are only impressed because their that little bit younger... but still play quite generic music, far from special...

The singer has a speech problem, no? Not to be mean or anything, i was just wondering if anyone else noticed the way he sings certain things?

some absolute awful

influences.

at least they're honest.

who gives a shit

how old they are.

Britain will literally buy anything these days. Shit or not. I mean the ting tings?

I say

good luck to them, if they stick at it they could be really good in a few years

amen.

gotta give em a chance to mature i spose.
