That failed epically
I put in Smiths, Feeder and Justice and it gave me Jay-Z and Mark Ronson.
A quick check
revealed that this website hasn't heard of the next 3 gigs I'm going to. In one case it doesn't even recognise the artist in question. I can't see that this website will give me anything that Last FM's event listing currently doesn't.

I've never used LastFM as I don't tend to listen to music on my laptop as the speakers are shit, and if I'm using my desktop I just tend to stick iTunes on.
it works with itunes
and ipods
you can have it on as many computers as you like
and on your portable music player.
