However, one good aspect is the fact that the characters are almost all twenty somethings rather than the yoofz that populate 'The Village'. As such there is a
welcome absence of Topshop clad teen mothers and faux emo types.

I despise both of them. Though I can still watch the normal Hollyoaks, but they're killing off the classic characters. Much like Neighbours did, and look where that is now. :(
