I had a dream last night where I was listening to some music, and thought it was fucking amazing, and then I looked to see who it was, and it was Blakfish. I don't think i've ever even heard Blakfish.
I'm taking this as a sign and going to find some Blakfish to listen to. Will report back later.

the other night
I had a dream in which the lead singer from Grandaddy was a paedophile, and in the dream I was going through their lyrics and every song had some sort of reference to having sex with kids.
My dream last night was...
Oasis at the Royal Albert Hall and Jay-Z was there and they came on playing a very poor version of Encore. Jay-Z was standing beside me and was smiling and started talking to me, and asked me if I wanted to play guitar on stage with him, perhaps it was some kind of Song-Off.
Anyway we were watching Liam forget the words and Noel struggle with the piano intro, and began to walk down towards the back stage area, and when I looked around to make sure Jay-Z was coiming along behind me, I realised I was walking along the edge of a volcano.

I had a dream I was seeing them, and it was a painfully loud dream. I fell asleep with my earphones in (not listening to mbv though) and I think this is what made it happen

i once had a dream
where i was recording my debut album in ira and james out of yo la tengo's house. i went to the house, and somehow i knew that malkmus was spying on me for some reason. maybe he wanted to know some ylt secrets. anyway i walk round the house which is suspiciously empty, then suddenly i get knocked unconscious and i wake up in a bed in the house with ira and james. one of them had knocked me out but i wasnt even particularly angry. then we went to record the album, but unfortunately i woke up then.

I dreamt recently...
that British Sea Power were playing in a spare room next to mine.
I woke up (in my dream, I had a false awakening) went to the toilet (which was covered in hair) and came back and there they were, jamming away in the room. So I went in and listened to them, then they started finishing their set and smashing some instruments.
So then BSP made me drink some whisky straight, which was really difficult as lots of ice was in the glass, and I started choking on the ice. Then I actually woke up.
