never heard Tessellators

but I'm liking that description, will check it out.

They used

to be Hundred Handed, didn't they? Ace band.

yes

"like hella with better guitar playing"

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

the guitar playing in hella

is pretty average really.

i neglected to mention that the drumming in shield your eyes, whilst greatm doesn't match up to zach hill.

but stef shieldyreyes is genuinely probably the best guitarist i've ever seen

.

Shield Your Eyes are fucking ace!

just

listening to their new track on the MySpace again. So so good!

i do prefer the stuff that they used to have up

but makes sense that they took it down, as it was all instrumental innit

...

did the singer or guitarist of Shield Your Eyes used to be in Meet Me In St Louis?

bassist/vocalist in shield your eyes

used to sing in mmisl

earl gray and the muggs

wernt two of them in Dr Filth?

Shield your fucking eyes

MINT!!!!

I'm gonna 2nd

the silent front mention
played with them last weekend and they were great!

earl grey

and the mugs are great
richard and george gave us a lot of advice when we moved to london, we owe them a lot

richard even offered to produce one of our songs, we're a london band so check us out

Thanks for the links

I'm moving to London in Spetember, so this should be helpful when picking gigs and stuff. :)

Saw Shield Your Eyes last saturday

completely brilliant, cant recommend them enough :) they said the album should be finished round about the end of summer!

this thread has a lot of great links in it actually, thanks a bunch :)

I would just like to reaffirm the threads original claim

that Tessellators are one of, if not THE bestest band around at the moment.

London Band

my band is playing tonight in Camden
www.myspace.com/whitecollarweapons

I was avidly waiting for someone to recommend us here but in the meantime, I sincerely recommend us.
