i will start the list with 'crazy on the weekend' by sunhouse, got record in the month in uncut magazine. a soulful, brused gem of a record with the distinctly british lost in a non-descript city that stereophonics briefly caught, and doves pedal on all of their records.

is definitely When Its All Over We Still Have To Clear Up by Snow Patrol. Not in the sense the band have been forgotten about, as of course they haven't, and are now a household name.
But due to their success and dumbing down of their output I guess it's easy to forget just how great this album is. Definitely one of the top 10 British albums since the turn of the century.

Aconite thrill are criminally underrated. They are mathy in a way no other bands are. Any fans of Meet Me In St Louis should really check this album out. I have never really met anyone else who is into this album.

I remember getting all the singles and being massively disappointed by the album.
I think the song Go was pushed quite heavily on the radio but they didn't amount to anything. I couldn't imagine listening to them now.
Last I heard was that the singer became a drug addict and Dot Cotton saved him with the help of some monks.
