A band genuinley treasured by myself, and one who I felt should've garnered MUCH more attention and focus than they did. 'Baby Machine', for me, is a classic. As a live band they were formidable, and with 'Special Bear' and 'The Figure 8' EP, it looked like the band had so much life in them. Sorry for sounding sentimental but as I've posted on here before, I fucking loved them. A brilliant band, I hope whatever they go onto do next will be just as good.
...bugger.

Is this news?

cmon..
i don't read the news! *skulks over*
They're marching to Moscow tomorrow
Shame, really liked them, didn't listen to them a whole lot though.
Also crap that the Leicester gig, a couple of months back, got cancelled as well. Was far too long ago that I last saw them live.
A real shame
'The Loveliest Alarm', 'I've Driven For Miles...', they had some great tunes and were definitely a cut above. I always wondered why even people I spoke to who listened to a lot of music often dismissed them without REALLY giving them a good listen.
They were boring
BORING!
Catscan, The Loveliest Alarm, You've Driven, He Shoots Presidents
were the cream of the crop, IMO, but they had a pretty solid album and very great live.
I only ever caught them live once - I was street-teaming for them when I was 14 and got a 19-track promo CD as a reward - but I loved it. Rest In Peace.
the new figure 8 ep
was a pretty great affair too
Dammit dammit dammit
all to hell.
I have set them as my desktop background, have written 'THIS ETAL' on my knuckles and will wear my 'BUS' and/or 'MOS-COW' badges with pride today
:'(
