am I wrong in thinking that this song is by far and away the highlight of Alopecia by Why?, I fucking love it

My favourite song in the album
not by far though, 'simeons dilemma' and 'by torpedo or chrons' come close
These Few Presidents
is the one that stands out for me. Im a bit boar of the album though now.
i really like the first half of the album
then i begin to lose interest.
is sleeping on your back really better for the spine? But it's so uncomfortable!
Why? lyrics...
... remind me of Wire.
they
all make me ejaculate.
it's the worst, actually
the opening few lines are everything that I dislike about why?
"I sleep on my back because its good for the spine and coffin rehearsal
I know a psychic who reads her own palms and the findings are personal"
Yes, yes, very glib and hilarious, but does it mean anything or evoke anything? Not really. The lacklustre indie rythm guitar-y stuff on it doesen't add much.
I really love why? though. Songs like simeons dilema are much better. It has an actual narrative, great production and all the usual one liners but with ACTUAL GOOD POETIC word choice and cadence and stuff.
Me too
I've overplayed it and it's now not quite as great now, but when I first heard it, fucking hell it was awesome.
Definitely my favourite on the album
The Vowels pt2. and The Hollows are also favourites, but I don't think it's anywhere near as good as Elephant Eyelash. The reason that Fatalist Palmistry is so good is because it isn't in the same gloomy tone as the rest of the album, and doesn't have the boring repetative delivery that Yoni seems to have adopted on the rest of Alopecia.

If by boring you mean "more interesting"
it's much better than nasaly indie singing.
i'm not sure, it's too hard to pick.
