Had the misfortune to stumble across them on a muxtape - can anything that twee really justify its existence?

They're...

no as nauseating as We Show Up On Radar, who could do with a good kicking, just for their own good, like.

If Tilly and the Wall are the most twee band you've ever heard

I'd like to know what you've been listening to all your life.

Being fair...

they are *fairly* twee. I have a pretty low tolerance for pathetic tweeness (I can last 10 seconds of We Show Up On Radar before wanting to hit something), and they're egding towards it. They seem to have toughened up slightly, though, their new single coming across like The Go! Team if The Go! Team had never head any hip hop.

tilly and the wall are great

nights of the living dead encapsulated being alive and bad education is one of the best live songs ive ever seen, there should be more tilly and the walls

Tilly are great.

They have excellent tunes and are brilliant live. Most bands at the moment consist of arseholes in skinny jeans with messy hair.

^ this

don't let stupid twee bands like los campesinos ruin good bands that are a bit twee

I love Tilly

and their live show is one of the best I've seen but their new album just leaked and I'm not a major fan, maybe it'll grow on me....
Anyone else got it?
Views etc.....
