My Chemical Romance protest goes static: Daily Mail offices remove crash barriers
Seems that the Daily Mail offices won't be expecting a visit tomorrow after all. My Chemical Romance fans, planning a protest against the perceived slighting of the band's and the fan's good name, have announced that they will be congregating at Marble Arch and remaining there, rather than marching on the grey tower of doom that is the Daily Mail building.
Protest organiser Anni Smith, in a mailout to her troops, stated that the group "won't be marching anywhere (simply because it'd be hard to keep everyone safe whilst we're moving)." Very thoughtful.
But perhaps a little pointless?
For a further and more in-depth look at the whole farrago, check out DiS' rock sister site, Thrash Hits for words far better than we could come up with on the subject.

dead site
great
live site!
great!
I do support this...
...the Daily Mail needs more dissent directed towards it publically in this manner, but I can't help but imagine that a group of emos hanging around Marble Arch is just a glorified Saturday afternoon in Market Square.
No Lions to sit on though
(emo-style) :(
not nothing
it's hard work looking that sullen and misunderstood while at the same time strangely colourful

This went from being fairly useless
to totally pointless.
