Wild Beasts

o children

noooo

they're TERRIBLE

yeeeesssss

A little harsh I'd say. Great new band and ones to watch I reckon.

The Chap are worth a listen as is the reissue of the Dennis Wilson album 'Pacific Ocean Blue'.

oh good golly

The Chap are so annoying I had to deleat their album it was huting to cringe so much.

Wild Beats suck as well really really suck.

Give them a chance...

The Chap's new album is good and they're great live.

I gave it quite a few spins

I liked it at first alot then it just started to grate on me alot all of a sudden.

Bon Iver

Fleet Foxes

I heard Pitchfork said

that music has been stopped so thats maybe why you havent heard anything good in ages....

on a less idiotic note how about Atlas Sound, No Age, Bon Iver, Cadence Weapon... thats what I like at the moment anyway... or go and listen to something you love anyway. I have been reliving Broken Social Scene since there has been alot of love for their live show recently and I ahve fallen for them again

Turns out I have already replyed

to this who would have thought it.

The new

Why? record. It's on in my room at the minute. It is unbelievable.

Also

the latest Four Tet EP is well worth a fiver.

Ringer?

Yes indeed

.

I've had that for ages

It's actually the only FT material I have. And it's brilliant!

^

this

^

The latest Sky Larkin EP is well worth the fiver too, if there are any copies left! The covers are immense :)

I dont get why people think this

aboiut Cut Copy I found it well boaring.

but it is amazing

although i think i've played it too much now (not as much as Panda Bear or Panic at the Disco but that's another story)

I jus dont get it

I will keep trying though but I dont mind being wrong. Its a bit tame for my licking it doesnt really go anywhere.

I raved all the way nto work

listening to cut copy. ace.

^into^

and I don't get p!atd either.

hum...

The Sleeping Years ?

Are you going to keep going

until everyone's new favourite band is The Sleeping Years?

Sebestien Tellier

He's french eurovision entry, don't let that put u off tho.

...

he's the* french

no

but at least till more than a few people try and actually discover how good he is !

I actually got around to listening to Taxi Girl yesterday.

They're good, I'll listen again. Maybe in 6 months time I'll give The Sleeping Years a go...

i recommend

the envy corps

me too actually

wires and wool is a long time fave.

also beyond the wizards sleeve are really sort of serene in a dancy way

^ this.

definitely one of the better records this year.

I saw something in a shop yesterday that looked interesting

The Bravery "The Sun and The Moon" expanded w/ two completely different versions of the same record. I thought that was intriguing.

i don't like The Bravery tho so I didn't buy.

Have

your ears died or something.

The Dodos

Their album is rather great. And the new Tokyo Police Club album is a gem for some well placed hand claps!

maybe try

this will destroy you

do it

do it. do it

Wait

til next week and pick up 'Skeleton' by Abe Vigoda (or download it if you wanna)...very good record

We're From Japan

if you like post-rock, it's pretty good.

'something really good' ?

*head implodes*
There is just SO MUCH that is good out there. Where to start? You're going to have to narrow it down.

I'm looking for a lo-fi punk band who use a toy drumkit, are influenced by Black Metal and Bhangra and sound a bit like Sebadoh after a bad night out' - then we can help you. But 'good music'? Good grief.

What your looking for;

I hope NO ONE ever finds

If there isn't such a band out there

I am going to bloody well form one myself. Who's with me?

PunSebaThrone MC?

MayhSatrangDoh?

I'll play bass

Good - I'll take yelping and growling

All we need now is someone to play the fringe and this is on.
