What's the last album then? The Letting Go? His covers album 'Ask Forgiveness' is technically his last I guess. So there's a newer one....?

It's called 'Lie Down in the Light'. Apparently very bouncy. I was never so into Ease Down The Road or Greatest Palace Music so I'm not sure what I'll think when my copy arrives.
I've been playing the Ask Forgiveness record quite a lot recently. it has more longevity than I'd expected.
So far
I'm finding it a bit underwhelming. Not bad, but after a couple of spins nothing really sticks in my mind.
Feels a bit "tossed off" at this point, and not up to his normal standards.
It came out on Monday
it is very good (although not quite up there with 'I see a darkness') definitely worth a purchase if you enjoy Mr Oldham's output.

'For Every Field There's A Mole' & 'Where Is The Puzzle' are fantastic.
Does anyone know if there are any UK dates lined up?

I listened to it last night
sounded really good, someone said bouncy in ther post and i think that descibes it well. It's a bit more uptempo than usual but still in a sad way.
