what.cd has just so much stuff that you cant really browse it, like you can fairly easily with indietorrents and libble, you just have to know what you want on what.cd and find it. indietorrents tends more towards American college rock in all it's varieties, as well as plenty of world/psych-folk/experimental stuff, whilst libble is pretty linear with whatever's hot in the eyes of pitchfork/dis/NME.
into the what search box a couple of times a day, bringing up the new releases.
I try to find older stuff elsewhere as it's a hard site to keep a decent ratio, although I'm at 4.5 at the mo.
it's rubbish.
eh?

how
do you sign up to either site?
Ask me
I've got loads of invites for both of them, you just need to give me your email address.
invites?
Does anyone still have any invites to what.cd that they'd be willing to part with?
I'd be eternally grateful...
^
yes please. I'm good on share ratios too.
Many thanks.
I frequently use:
http://btjunkie.org/
Which has a lot of music on it, much of which you don't need to register with a tracker for.
like he said ^
invite only, and you need to keep a decent ratio.
I just type "2008"
