Is there any way (iTunes)

that I can make it so the songs in my iTunes start AS SOON as the previous one finishes?

My 18th party will be soundtracked by an iTunes playlist, and I don't much fancy there to be a 3 second gap between every track.

Thanks!

No worries!

I just realised exactly how to do it as I posted.

Lavely.

Under edit

in preferences, then playback, you can adjust the crossfade so the tracks just roll into each other. Does this help?

That';s the one.

Cheers anyway.

Is there anyway to make all your songs the same volume?

Without adjusting them manually, when my iTunes is on shuffle, one track will come on that's twice as loud aas any other one, very annoying. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem

Have no idea how to solve it. Generally skip the quiet songs to avoid being deafened by the next one.

in preferences

under playback. click the sound check box.

Sweet!

Thanks so much! Will that apply it to my iPod aswell?

Yeah very flipping irritating isnt it?

Anything recorded before 1994 seems to be VERY quiet on my iPod, and this means 90% of my music.

But I tend to push the volume setting up on them all. Just discovered this soundcheck thing.
