I've been listening to Chatham this evening strangely enough (An Angel Moves Too Fast To See). He doesn't seem to get anywhere near the level of kudos he should really.
Has he done any shows over here recently? I'm surprised he's never played at ATP.

arranging a show in london in july. wondering what people actually think i.e. would people show up or would he play to 10 people!!!!

if you could get him to do Guitar Trio it would be incredible. i thnk you would get a good audience, he's a well known enough name amongst the right sort of people.

Id love to see Rhys Chatham, as would at least one other person I know who frequents these boards :) Actually a fair few people that Ive spoken to lately about music all seem to have a shared love of all things Chatham/La Monte Young/Branca-related. Im sure with the right amount of promotion youd get a good crowd.

is definatley going ahead, as the guitar Trio, Just waiting to hear confirmation from the venue. Its strange he doesn't play the UK more!
