i went the bristol university gym as i like to do when its quiet at 4 in the afternoon.
i was running on a funny old machine for about 20 mins when i got this terrible pain in my tummy
so i ran to the changing room and there was really really sick.
this isnt the first time ive been sick after hardcore exercise.
could i be lactose intolerant? too much lactic acid at once??
ideas please :D

sometimes just doing really hard exercise makes you be sick! especially if it's soon after eating!

Depends though
different types of exercise can make you throw up. I know some rugby players at Bath and they say that when they throw up after training it's cause they've had to work really hard and pushed themselves to the limit. You could just have hurt a stomach muscle too.
this is posible i guess...
the last time i was sick after exercise was after id done the 100 metres, 200 metres and relay at a competition in about 10 mins...
maybe i did just go too hard to quick..

i've been sick on runs too
it's really normal. just don't push yourself QUITE so hard. listen to what you're body's telling you. there's a difference between pushing yourself and making yourself ill; don't ignore it :)

and ^^ will people stop suggesting that you're pregnant if you're a girl and sick. it's just annoying. i've been sick through exercise before, too much water at once. ick ick.

mean
it's natural to be sick during or after exercise.
get something boring to eat and have a lie down. next time you go just go a little bit easier and get plenty of fluids beforehand.
