The Lionheart Brothers where on damn early... Then quite a gap untill JoFo. If that helps I wasn't looking at my watch and i'm guessing it's diffrent depeding on venues.
How f**king wicked was it tonight!! Just f**king brilliant!
Although more people should have danced to the JoFO - we all know we wanted to but the damn shyness took over!! (i too was a victim to it) but I saw the toes a'tapping! :D
I will be checking out Pulled Apart By Hourses no doubt I haven't heard them before. You gonna be spinning some tunes then? I will come say hello sometime.
but by the time i had willing participants it was their last song and you can't dance that well to Absolute Balance. still great fun though!
and The Mae Shi = :D :D :D
i too am looking forward to those photos. i bet i look like an idiot child who has been given a drumstick and gets overexcited in my cymbal-playing frenzy.
i let DanielKelly keep the drumstick because he said he had never got one before, and i have 2 so fair enough
Nobody?
I have plans to put in motion!
when I went to the York gig

SOMEBODY HELP THIS PERSONS PLANS!
Somebody?
Anybody?
in brum
there was no lionheart brothers!
jofo said they were turned away? can anyone explain this?
If ...
... in the process of explaining, someone happened to mention the stage times for tonight, that wouldn't go amiss ...
... t'anks.
u tried
ringing the venue and finding out?
or
just email them on enquiries@kclsu.org
It's actually not all that important any more, really.
But as a point of principle, I feel somebody should be able to tell me.
ill take a guess
at 8.45
I have a spare for this.
Any takers? You can have it fo' free.
Well ...
JoFo: extremely good.
Mae Shi: ABSOLUTELY FUCKING INCREDIBLY AMAZINGLY WICKEDLY SUPERCOOL.

I hurt
my thumb playing the drums they put in the crowd. :(
I think I've damaged a shoulder
due to excessive sheet molestation.
Je ne regrette rien!
they kept the sheet to them selves
at the one I went to. I'm sure more madness will be had on the weekend with um.
hehe yeah
that happend to a mate of mine too. I was alright playing base that didnt hurt
Ooo...
I might have photos of that 'thumb incident'!

Nasty Fest will be so good

was doing some fine work in trying to make folk dance tho!
Absolutely brilliant show to get my through the post atp tiredness slump, anyone less energetic or entertaining and i'd have had to go home and sleep.
Look forward to the photos.

ps nice meeting you Daniel!
The Mae Shi were awesome
Well enjoyed it.
finally
managed to see them last night, and despite the show being quite undersubscribed, they were most entertaining.
Mae shi are the best live band i've seen in years
Banter was impeccable. Also, i ended up on stage with them for the last song looking like a dweeb - which is always a plus.
