Best bands: Los Campesinos! was incredible. Born Ruffians, Vampire Weekend, Meat Puppets, Bon Iver...
Yeasayer were a bit of a let down for me, as were Sebadoh...but still good. I think I was just too hot though.
Non musical highlights: The absolutely epic game of cricket that happened outside a block of chalets.
During the said game of cricket, some fine upstanding gentlemen came round with offerings of apple pies, cherry bakewells, some cake and pimms. That made it like a proper cricket game.
Coming second in the pub quiz having contributed very little, and getting prizes which consisted of approx. 56,000 Jackie O Motherfucker albums.
Also, somehow not realising the gate to the sand playground thing outside the Queen Vic opened fully, so trying to vault the fence and stacking it into the bin and fucking my elbow up.
One of my mates getting on stage during the DJ set downstairs to dance on his own in front for about 30 minutes.
