for Genghis Tron, and my mate pointed out we could've been seeing Glassjaw. I dunno, I think when I finally see them I want it to be at least slightly intimate and not at some massive shittty festival. Someone just rang me and played some down the phone from the London one, and it did sound brutal, but I guess it's too late now!
Anyway, my point is I'd like to see the setlist as well haha.
Did you see Finch?!?!
What did they play, new stuff/old stuff, did they sound as good as they used to?!
I did
They played mostly new stuff and ended on 'What It I To Burn'.
The rest was a tad forgettable.
C+
Not at all true
They had a seven song set and four of the songs came from the first album.
Their setlist was:
Worms Of The Earth
Letters To You
Grey Matter
Ink
Dreams Of Psycobilyn
Stay With Me
What It Is To Burn
A great set taking into account how little I liked the last album.
update this with a glassjaw set list today please
thanks

This is the first GIAN I've not bothered with
Such a shit (Finch/Glassjaw aside) line-up
^ ditto
seeing Finch on Friday in Glasgow...fingers crossed tightly for a Say Hello To Sunshine-heavy set.
^lucky
i just cant get the time off work to see them :(:(:(
off work?
they won't be playing at 4pm
the next day
because i would have to travel
just have a tired day at work.
I managed to go out til 3am this morning and i'm in the office bright and breezy.
^ lies...i'm not at all bright or breezy.
I'd way prefer
an abundance of What It Is To Burn songs.
Despite their reputation as a boring live band they never disappoint me though so am not saddened either way.
