It was disgusting. A blatant penalty and a blatant good goal. Rangers are running on empty.
However, I'm not defending Rangers, but it would be good to know - how many slightly offside goals or dodgy penalties have Dundee United scored or been given this season? You know, when they're not on the telly and it's not a really important match. Just little decisions that people just accept as basic refereeing mistakes and forget about a couple of weeks later. Same for Motherwell and the outcries over Celtic's goal last week. I'd be surprised if there weren't the same amount of mistakes made in lesser matches. The referees are crap, but they're not crap JUST for teams playing against The Old Firm. I hate that. They're just crap in general and are bottling it in other, non-televised matches too, you just don't see it happening or, if you do, you don't care because it's Falkirk or some rubbish. Just a thought.
Ps. Rangers are the crappest, most embarrassing anti-football team in existence. I almost want them to win everything playing like this, i really do. I'm almost urging them to show the world the exact opposite of good football, I'm that much of a martyr.

i'd agree that scottish refs are completely incompetent and no doubt there are mistakes made in every game, regardless of what teams or leagues are involved.
but come on- you can't deny that refs bottle it when it comes to the old firm. it's like they get awe-struck by them...look at the way they let Barry Ferguson dictate to them or the amount of diving mcgeady not only gets away with, but gets penalties for.
as much as i always thought he was a hearts tit, props to Levein for actually speaking up yesterday.
but really, moaning about old firm bias is like moaning about it being rainy or something- it's pointless cos it's always been there and it'll never change.
