I like how bitter it is
and how much stabbing is going on
Sorry to say it...
... but it's utter balls. Such a letdown.
I love it..
so dark, so deep, so much musicianship and interweaving of ideas. Rob, my friend, you're wrong.
Tis' ACE.

I love 'Return To Sea', but this is piss weak in comparison. I know you know them and stuff, but I just don't like it. Sorry.
Well it's growing on me
One outro to a song ('In the Rushes') sounds a lot like a song from Rushmore when Bill Murray & Jason Schwartzman are trashing each others things.
But as a whole I like it, although there was a song they played in Brighton Barfly with lyrics about kicking someones head like a football but don't think it made it to the album, anyone know it?
opinion noted..
I like it equally.. I think it's a varied, expansive record.. really confusing at times but great after 5-7 listens..
A lot of people on this site will love this because it is bland middle of the road indie
but of course it's quite dreadful
