basically they do this every year and have some great bands and awful bands.
this years line up is actually pretty decent.
anyone going?

How far do you live?
and yes you should go! Esser, Black Kids, Late of the Pier and Noah & The Whale = WIN!
i went last year
saw frank turner twice, yourcodenameis:milo, tony christie and that was about it.
a lot of time wandering from stage to stage trying to find something half decent to watch before almost being stranded in boro because the trains to darlington were off.
line-up looks alright this year
Looks ace
Future Of The Left, Rolo Tomassi, Dans Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip... can't argue with that. Plus You Me At Six who happen to be my mates from home haha, although I wouldn't reccomend them unless you're a fan of the new emo-pop scene. Outcry Collective are also some guys I know from home, who are actually really good, quite like Every Time I Die and Gallows and the like. Definitely go, in conclusion. I might try and go if I can find a place to stay.
Future of the Left, Rolo Tomassi and DSL vs Scroobius Pip
are all ace live. GO!
^ Snap
That was quite weird wasn't it?
late of the pier
and future of the left, for free? I've paid to see both of those bands more than once! Go, you're a lucky man!
The line up looks excellent
I remember going one year and seeing Bloc Party, Eighties Matchbox and load of other good bands at this. Best band I saw all day was The Boxer Rebellion.
Sure I saw Editors and We Are Scientists and The Proclaimers the year after.
I used to love this in my uni days and the line up this year looks great. I'm in Brizzle though.
i go every year
its usually pretty good for booking bands who are pretty new who you wont have heard of but will realise in a years time when you get into them that you have already seen them live. in short, definitely go!
are you serious?
sam isaac, florence and the machine, noah & the whale, friendly fires, delays and black kids = absolutely definitely go.
however do not, i repeat do not go anywhere near one night only. i was forced to go to one of their gigs in cambridge last year. i wanted to throw up all over them. the lead singer was incredibly arrogant and a bit sleazy (despite looking 14)
i live 600 miles from Middlesbrough
but if i still had a car id go all that way just to see The Anomalies again!
let alone some of the other amazing bands on there!
go!
i would, if it weren't for my pesky june exams, and here you can for free!
