Beck to play pre-Wireless brace, in Southampton and Manchester

Clearly no loser given his superstar profile, oddball pop pixie Beck is to play a pair of UK shows ahead of his set at the Wireless Festival at London's Hyde Park on July 4.

The singer - whose latest LP The Information (review) is out now, as is a special edition version of his '96 classic Odelay (review) - will play:
