Helio Sequence..
did a fantastic set last night. Their drummer played like he was a 110v rated appliance plugged into a 240v outlet. I was expecting smoke to emerge from his joints at any moment, but somehow he carried on going. (Although he did get the brushes out for one slowish song to recuperate, I suspect).
They finished with a killer cover of "Tomorrow Never Knows"
If you can't sneak into a church
then there's something seriously wrong.
