According to Planet Sound, "Jay-Z is set to pull out of the festival as part of a new contract he signed with Live Nation promoters last Wednesday."
Apparently, it's to be confirmed on Monday.

that he'll be announced as playing at the wireless festival later on today. the wireless festival is run by live nation. thus, the speculation is that he'll pull out of glastonbury.
