I just checked, otherwise it would bother me.

Digital Ash got 7, IWAIM did get 10. I know of a few people that would swap those marks round though. For me their both 9s.

had a quick browse of reviews

to records i would have given 10/10...

Radiohead - Kid A would have been one of them, i was instead greeted with a 4/10 and...

Super furry Animals - Songbook (because the DiS rating system doesn't go higher than ten, for shame)

Misty's Big Adventure And Their Place In The Solar Hi-Fi System got 10 too, which was well deserved. The Antihero album did too, which probably wasn't.

I've never heard a record that i thought was a 10. Quite a few 9's, but for me a 9 should be almost impeccable.

vs albums! hypocritical i know but i view them differently. for example, i think the perfect album is something that every artist should strive for. BUT i think that my favourite artists, being perfect in their imperfection, get a 10. none of their albums should be 10s, but they are. i wish i had a way with words. do you understand what i'm trying to say?

I didn't realise it was a given that Muse got 10/10

The review of BHAR was fairly critical of the other albums (which it turns out got 10/10) and was praised for it's lastability (judged near the time of release) and it scored 9/10.
Anybody think BHAR has stood the test of time better than any other Muse album? For me it's the same as the rest, after a few plays all that's left is a few stand out tracks 7/10.
