Is John Playing?

Say hello from me!

no

just me and my friend nat

we do a pavement cover

Dont take offence by this, but

how on earth are you getting these gigs?

This isnt a poke at TIHATC because, as you have stated, you are playing with a friend. is your band established? If so, what is your name, can you give a link to your site.

'cos 'e is

co-nnected innit.

and for the record

i am not nepotic, sycophantic, sucking, wearing stupid clothes or silly hair

so you boring cunt can go wank yrself

one day i want the internet to be able to express

sarcasm, facial expressions, tones of voice etc.

didn't mean to offend.

read the fucking link

it explains who we are and what we do. why should i run around explaining everything to you? you don't have to come and doubt you even will. i'm just drumming up interested because i'm excited and think what we do is genuinely interesting and beautiful.

as for how we get these gigs. bsp's booking agent emailed us and asked if we wanted to. and at a wider level, ask and thou shalt receive

why are you so put out about it? if you want your band to get "good gigs" like that, just make a bit of cunting effort. be charismatic, smile at people who might help you, be dedicated, excitable, charming and behave like you actually wanna change someone's life rather than being too cool for skool.

yes

we do little ditties about girls. they are like sad little alt-country songs, and they are catchy, melancholy and pop.

Link.

I will be my own judge.

no myspace

but if you pm your address we can send you a CD, old skoool like

cough

in fairness Tristan, he asked a fairly innocuous question, and the announcements board is, in fact, thataway.

no

you were rude

Thanks Parsefone.

Seriously wasnt trying to be povocative, its just that BSP are like a kind of big deal at the moment???

It is very impressive.

Tracy etc. supported them before, presumably they know them. I'd like to know them, they sound like exceedingly nice and well-informed gentlemen.

if you pm your address

we can send a cd :)

Hehe

That's funny. You should do this link, linking the link, every few hours till the big moment arrives.

Very cool. Congrats 'n all!

What's the musician equivalent of 'break a leg'? Uhm... SMASH A GUITAR!

RESEARCH KIDDIE PORN!

is the politically correct term.

Good luck

Love BSP, just saw them in Norwich.
It's a shame so many people on this website are bitter cunts from shit bands who think the world owes them something.
5-1 I'm happy.

touch-ay

How would you know what my band sound like?

And for the record I wasnt being bitter, I'm not that kind of person. Just interested because Tristan seems to do a lot of stuff with BSP.

good for you

seriously. i thought i saw you in notts, but i guess i didnt.
im really tempted to try and get to leeds tomorrow, they were fantastic in nottingham

wow, cool

got a myspace so i can listen to some chooons?

My friend is going to this.

I'll ask him what he thinks of you.
