I can't remember if I still like sigur ros
You do
Helpful?
As long as it isn't Takk II
im happy
ah
agreed
if it is, my dm's are coming out for ceremonial sigur rós smashing :)
give me your coppy of von before you do?
haha
mine is the icelandic copy too
and i have the first pressing of rimúr ep
one of those bands that can release any old poo
and people will still hail them as genius, when in fact they sound like U2 played at half-speed with Bono singing backwards whilst holding his balls
^ this
is funny.
Is it just me
oo is anyone else thinking
Ummagumma
Because it's wrong
and a bit retarded?
hmmm
i used to think the same... then i actually listened to their stuff, rather than just the first (inevitably silent) twenty seconds of each track...
Sigur Ros backlash?
You guys will attack anything these days.
Democracy? Rar rar rar rar rar not in my day rar rar rar
never into them in the first place
so not a backlash for me innit
then
why are you wasting your time slagging them off? Bloody kids.
This will have obviously
a beatiful packagng and will cost a lot.
What's the point in having only 5 tracks on a disc especially now where 90% of the people will just put it on their computer...
Most Sigur Ros tracks are at least 5- 10 minutes in length
and can therefore amount to a 5 track album being 45+ minutes, longer than many albums with 10+ tracks.
maybe
we'll see...
i think the likelihood
of discs 1 and 2 totalling less than 80 minutes is pretty remote, yes? and i'm a cynic saying that
Because
That's all they recorded?
surely
but why 2 discs then ?
because
it comes to more than 80 minutes?
