Just when you thought there wasn’t a patch of grass left to pitch a tent on, the BBC 6 Music-approved LodeStar festival arrives as an interesting new presence on the full-to-bursting festy circuit.
The bash, which takes place August 31-September 3 in Lode, Cambridgeshire, will feature performances from the likes of Idlewild, The Bees, The Pigeon Detectives, Foals, The Rakes and Alberta Cross.
There’ll also be a liberal sprinkling of DiS-friendly upcoming acts such as The Strange Death Of Liberal England, iLiKETRAiNS, Envelopes and The Answering Machine.
Have a gander at the full line-up and order tickets at the festival website here.
