Sometimes there's a specific part of a song, or riff that IS that song in your mind. Everything surrounding it is just buildup or comedown from that few seconds of genius.

Ruins know all about this phenomenon and have cleverly made an entire album of genius moments with almost nothing in between. Yes, this does make the album almost overflow with ideas and you get the impression that it's written by a madman with ADD, but the amount of rock action compressed onto this cd is incredible.

It was overwhelming at first, but i've come to realise that this is the greatest air guitar album of all time. And there isn't even a single note of guitar on it. That's how good it is.
