Ben Folds, last seen touching up William Shatner, has announced his belated return to the UK in support of the final disc of a trilogy of EPs he has released.

'SUPER D' follows on from 'Speed Graphic' and 'Sunny 16', which, in addition to three original Ben Folds songs ('Kalamazoo', 'Adelaide', and 'Rent a Cop') boasts covers of The Darkness' 'Get Your Hands Off My Woman' and the Ray Charles song 'Them That Got'

I sold my tickets for this tour because of a uni trip, which has now been cancelled, meaning I didnt really have to sell them afterall. Im a bit annoyed, despite the £120 profit I made on ebay. I sooo want to go to this still. He'll announce a really ace support band soon I'm sure

I got my tickets from e-bay, as it goes. The man is a genius, but I'm not sure I'd pay £120 over the asking price......

so i've heard tour support is Eef Barzelay from Clem Snide....who happens to be playing before the Barbican date at the Water Rats venue, on Wed 24 Nov - go to www.plummusic.com for info/tix.

Clem Snide are (were?) fantastic, but I wasn't too keen on their last album, it seemed a bit too polished. "Ghost Of Fashion" is a fantastic album that I'd definitely recommend. I saw him last February with Andrew Bird who is also an incredible artist worthy of muchos attention. Again, not too keen on Andrew Bird's latest but everything before that was orgazmo!

& the support for the support (@ the Eef gig at the Waterrats) is the excellent Moses who we where just talking about on the forum. Strongly recommended
