Scallies on tour: GLC hit the road

Break out the tracksuits and rubbish fake jewellery - Goldie Lookin' Chain are in the house and in your face for the next month.In between making your friends and that hilariously hip dude from marketing with a fashion mullet spout phrases like, "you knows it, clart", Newport's mega-ironic rappers release single, 'Guns Don't Kill People, Rappers Do' this coming Monday, August 16th. Their new album, cheekily entitled ‘Greatest Hits’ (the picture screen right is the frankly cheese-tastic cover apparently), follows on September 13th.
In between times they’re kicking it live with some lengthy touring action here:

This greatest hits album will be their sixth! As far as I'm aware, the album releases are: "Don't Blame The Chain", "Chain's Addiction", Volume III - Return Of The Red Eye", "The Party Album", a solo effort from Adam Hussein: "Truth And Slander" and the latest offering "The Manifesto".
The single before "Guns don't kill people..." wasn't even off their latest albums.

Believe they have done loads of little albums before but no major ones. Mates have known about them on the Cardif scene for years.

dunno, isn't this their first fully marketed and toured album? i think i heard their previous albums were just released off their site...

That Mecca of commerce you see them driving around in the new video is Watford Town Centre. Visual proof it's boring as fuck.
The Chain coming here was the only interesting thing to happen in ages...which says a lot.
